Decent fightback this afternoon. I've noticed that the Old Trafford square, if that's the right word, looks awful.
I didn't see that much, just his first few overs. A little bit too full but I'm sure he improved.
True, but then would you have taken it from 244 for 3?
These last two wickets may yet put on a few runs but from a fantastic platform of 244 for 3, not reaching 400 would be a disappointment. The slow scoring did rob the innings of some momentum. That's a platform middle order batters dream about.
45 off the last 15 deliveries.
Good grief this is brutal.
Decent rebuild going on now.
Brookes and Lamb playing a blinder here. Chris Wright getting the full treatment.
This could work out quite well for us. Obviously hope everyone is fine though.
This is great stuff from us so far. It's what we've been crying out for.
One score over 15 is a pretty dismal effort.
Any team can have a bad day but to lose 10 wickets in 13.4 overs is borderline unprofessional.

I seem to remember that on the old Bearsfans board, someone labelled Curran as a "short-arsed trundler," something that comes into my mind every time I see him bowl.
Guilty as charged.
Woakes has been treated badly, no argument there. In Curran's defence though, his Test numbers are not that dissimilar to Chris's, which isn't bad at all for a guy who has only just turned 23.
Out for the rest of the season with a stress fracture of the back. Grim news for him and us.
Caught up with this via a livestream replay late last night. Awesome from us, just brilliant. And it's always nice to see Trego get launched to all parts.
Dom has started well in the 2nd Test. When he does well it makes such a difference to England.
Another good win admittedly against very poor opposition. Some say the bowling was erratic but I actually thought there were plenty of wicket-taking deliveries and good use of the conditions. The fielding (the drop in the final over aside) was good again. We had some useful innings but the top order batting does worry me.
It was doing a fair bit for the quicks but I'm afraid that's another poor top order performance.
