Excellent! Strong links? As has been said before, the only member I’m aware of is Marina who also has a regular input and high profile at Edgbaston Cricket Society Meetings. The comment about Farby also rings true. Not too sure about the bloke who goes to occasional T20 and 16.4 matches. Ha ha.

I agree with all that, mad. The members committee is an interesting one. The only member of the committee I’d ever seen before was Marina - she’s at games, has a role in the Cricket Society and seems to be an all round ‘good egg’. Who were the others? Never heard of them, never seen them. Any clues from anyone?

I just hope that the outcome is that the counties will run the ECB rather than the other way around. Maybe I’m naive, but I think the powers that be are a little surprised at the depth of feeling.
