Hassan for Brookes the only change? Win this and we must be almost guaranteed qualification and a home quarter final

Is Hassan actually fit to play?, he seems to have been injured for a lot of his time here.

Excellent win, Dan M is going to be a big star.

Mousley terrific again, in all facets.

Yates, I'll say it again, he's quietly having a very good tournament.

How short was that boundary towards the Raglan side?!

Great win. Mousley is stellar player, a potential superstar.
My concern is how we replace Hassan and potentially Woakes in the knockouts. They both showed such quality tonight. Compared to the Pears pace bowlers who went around the park.
We will have to bring a bowler of international class in otherwise we are relying on Brookes. OHD should have a go for one of the spots.

Absolutely agree - we were one player off our best XI tonight (Hain) but not sure what we do when we don't have Hassan/Woakes.

I fear our QF XI won't be as strong as what we have now, don't know how we fix that.

But Mousley is genuine quality, best homegrown player since Woakes.

Is it a given that Woakes won't be available? I assume it depends on England's selectors - they have a great habit of messing him around.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they select him for the Lord’s test, given his record there. Not sure how that would affect his Blast availability though.

Quarter finals coincide with the 3rd Test at Headingley. I think.

Briggs looked like he was feeling his hamstring when he come off.

They do, but it would be nice if Woakes can still play as doubt he will be picked by England. As for a Hassan replacement how about someone like Adam Milne who knows Edgbaston well.

I think he goes on July 2nd and we have Durham that day. It wouldn't surprise me if his last game is at Trent Bridge on Friday night.

Very impressed by how the team has responded to Sam Hain being injured. I thought we'd really struggle without him. Also, although he's not the most popular person on this forum, Davies does have a good record as captain - has he lost one yet? It will be interesting to see if we sign another bowler now Hassan is going - he'll leave a big gap but previous short term "emergency" signings haven't done well.

Sam Hain said on commentary that he hopes/expects to be back for the Trent Bridge game, which is good news - ahead of schedule.

Yeah I'm not sure how I'd feel about a 'ringer' coming in.

Hain for Barnard? If the latter isn't bowling and bats low down might as well play the extra batter, and rely on the many spin options.

Yes, I can only agree with how good it is to see us making runs without Hain. Thought Maxwell was going to go big last night, that's always the problem with being one six-hit away from a landmark, the temptation to get it with one hit but he did play well and kept the impetus of the innings going. Not sure what the crowd numbers were last night but I am sure some of the 'Bearboffins' we have out there will know.

After the performance last night is there room for Sam Hain ???????? Only joking but there is an argument for sticking to a team that scores in excess of 200 and wins by a big margin.

The crowd looked big on you tube - the Hollies looked absolutely packed and the bar takings must have been exceptional.

I went last night. Normally don’t because of Birmingham Bears thing.

A little bit shocked with behaviour in the Hollies. Seemed to be a Birmingham City element and stewards handled it well but it did seem to be on verge of tipping over. Maybe because of being a Friday night?

Thought our players performed well!
