...has been released. IPL (which has lost 35% of its TV viewers) will last 4 months! Also the only ECB tournament included in the plan is The Hundred. No mention of The Blast at all. WOW!!!! I do wonder how the guardians of our game (including county chairs and CEOs) sleep at night.

The Blast is a real success story - from a spectator perspective. As for The Hundred the sooner that fails the better. As for the IPL lasting 4 months - teams need to take a stand against their players signing up to it. While they will not want to prevent a player taking part there has to be a way of restricting their involvement if they also want a contract with their home country team

I think I read somewhere about a weekly highlights programme for the Blast on free-to-air TV? Other than that though I agree it's pretty concerning.

Exiled Bear - you are right about Blast highlights.
There will also be a weekly Vitality Blast highlights show broadcast on FTA TV, as well as one game per round broadcast free on Sky’s YouTube channel.
With most if not all games available on-line anyway, I'm not sure about the value of being able to watch on the Sky YouTube channel.
