For the life of me can’t find procedures for getting these

I was sent an email in Feb containing 4 codes, each code being an individual guest pass to be used by uploading the code onto the Edgbaston app for the game I wanted to bring a guest too.

Email the club. I didn't get any codes originally. Mind you I renewed first thing in October. They sent me some 3 weeks ago after I asked about them
