Only 8 days in of cricket in July/August at Edgbaston for us, excluding the other competition, which I have to say is pretty disappointing.

Championship matches starting on Monday or Tuesday, why?!

Really wanted a membership but I'd need to use all my annual leave to go to games.

Really don't care about attendances with those fixtures for red ball cricket.

7 games before mid May again...

Quite. The games in September are particularly baffling given there's no other cricket on then.

At least we do have some cricket on Saturdays which is good news seeing as a few years ago they seemed to start virtually every game on a Sunday even if the T20 games were weeks away which made no sense. Also, having looked at the official site, it looks as though the T20 side will be called 'Bears' and the 'Birmingham', dropped. It would make sense seeing as we now have a team called Birmingham, in The Hundred.

Home RL match v Notts August 17th appears to be at Portland Rd according to Notts website

It looks like Notts will be at Portland Road and the Bears will be at Edgbaston, since the two clubs don't appear to agree on where the match will be played.

The Cricketer, for some reason, has reported that all of our one day matches at home will be at Portland Rd.

From the Bears site:
"All four of Warwickshire’s home games in the Royal London Cup will be played at Edgbaston."
