To put my recent comments (in the Gloucestershire & Worcestershire threads), about the complete ineptitude of Robinson, in even more context, witness the contribution Kai Smith is making, in the current Seconds game at Taunton. Once more, he is displaying qualities of middle order 'stickability' and technical skill, that so many desperately lack in the First team. The same player, who Robinson so 'adroitly' dropped in our Blast QF and has resolutely failed to give CC opportunities to.
Currently, Kai is 65 NO and holding things together at Taunton. Hopefully he (and Miles et al) might hang around long enough to rescue a draw from this.
