I'm trying to book member's tickets for the game against Durham (June 26). Ticket office (as ever) isn't picking up. I'd do online, but all I see is paid for tickets, I'm obviously doing something stupid, if anybody can point out what, I'd be very grateful.

I read something about having to select the members comp option?

Yeah it is possible to do online but for your ticket only I think.

You have to login to your account and then click on tickets at the top from there - doesn't seem to work if you go straight to tickets. Then it should look something like this:

Edit - As I bought another ticket with my membership ticket, I had to phone up anyway.

Thanks both. All seems unsatisfactory to me. I appreciate just turning up might not be possible with coronavirus but it should be easy for members to get tickets they have already paid for via the subscription.

Agree entirely, I'm not happy with the situation. Hate having to decide whereabouts im gonna sit beforehand and then be restricted to staying in that stand for the entire game.

Once you have decided what ticket/seat you want, then it should come up as £0.00 on the total and then that way, you know you have got the right ticket and have not paid for it.
