Same squad from Surrey apart from OHD being rested. Going with Miles on his old home ground.

The live stream comentators were confused for a few overs, but they do look different.
A really good catch by Chris to get James Bracey. Overall a very promising start.

Is it a coaches choice to have Benjamin keeping or is Burgess’ finger still causing issues?

Nothing mentioned on the live stream, but the Glous commentators are very biased!

Dan Whiting is a brilliant lad, very knowledgeable. Don't know the others.

Atleast it's not like Somerset live stream?

Highveld, was just going to type exactly what you said. You would think Gloucestershire were a side who regularly swept all before them, the way they talk about them. Also their ability to talk down and criticise the opposition, saying that Taylor should have been caught by one of the fielders running after a ball going away from him and disappearing over the boundary over the bowlers head, not sure what anyone could have done with it. Poor captaincy from Barnard, not to bowl himself out early on, it used to be Darren Maddy's downfall on so many occasions when a bowler who had hardly gone for any, was short of their allotted overs.

Does Brnard have a free choice of who bowls and when? or is he given a pre determined plan, where the number of overs per bowler is already decided?

Not sure this pitch is what either side expected.
Definitely seems like it’s one you need to get yourself in on. Then you can accelerate.

Fantastic 100 for Barny, another captains knock after taking 3 wickets for not many earlier. Let’s hope he can bring them home.

Carried his bat, 150 up for Barny and he brings home the win in style.

Another decent knock from Benjamin.

At least the commentators in the end, gave us credit for a good win and Barnard is proving to be such a good signing - Can we please do the same with signing an overseas player.

Definitely a new ball pitch, relatively speaking for one day cricket. Which probably makes Barnard's knock even more impressive. Great win. On we go.

A very efficient win with Barnard the star with bat and ball. Good to see Hamza Shaikh and Benjamin get some runs again.
Bristol isn't my favourite ground but the weather was ideal so it was a good day's spectating.

Agree about Bristol.
It’s a ground that had lots of potential but the thought and planning seems to be very disconnected and haphazard. Lost the charm it once had.
