Thought we stuck at it well in the field though, we had a chance when Brook holed out...

Good from Hain (always is in white ball), shame Mousley got out like he did, he was just starting to look good, had a feeling he'd play...

We used Brathwaite all wrong, sending him in in the 8th over of the innings...rebuild jobs aren't his game...also bowling him in the 1st PP, bet he ain't done that too much before...

Pollock
Hose
Hain
Mousley
Rhodes
Burgess
Brathwaite
Bresnan
Briggs
Lintott
Miles

?

I believe there is a live stream.

Any squad for this yet?

I always thought he interviews well, he seems a lovely character. A couple of years past his best as a player I fear.

I back anyone wearing the Bears shirt though.

I haven't really got a clue how we'll line up in this comp. H. Brookes being injured is a huge blow. I'd imagine Yates could start ahead of Pollock. Hose to open? I'd have thought Mousley will come in.

We're well on our way, great if they can themselves a day off tomorrow.

Should be enough. The door has been left slightly ajar though. That partnership between Hain and Lamb either side of tea yesterday is looking huge all of a sudden...

Hain and Lamb have steadied the ship quite well there.

There is clearly a bit in it for the bowlers. Just need to keep them quiet after tea initially then push on.

The batting is an odd one, everyone has made decent runs/scores, apart from Malan, but nobody has really dominated. Nobody has looked disastrous but nobody has looked anything like a banker though.

We've also played on some real tough pitches.

Rare you see Lamb getting doing something like that...

Woakes in?

Win again?!

Great game, the pendulum swung so many times. Incredible win. So many contributions, Rhodes runs in both innings, wickets. And passion! Hain and Lamb vital 1st innings runs, their partnership was crucial. Burgess dug us out of a hole with the bat and that stumping was incredible. OHD, Norwell and Briggs with all round contributions, big hearted stuff.

We're growing now. We're hanging in on close games and getting the W.

Chuckin this away

Good game this

Wish I hadn't have talked him up now, screamer...

Entirely fair enough. I'd have probably agreed with you 3 or 4 years ago. He's come on heaps though. Does well when I've seen him at Trent Bridge where there's a lot of wobble after the ball has passed the batsman. Them 2 takes down the leg side when he was stood up to Fletcher bowling with the new ball were excellent. Like Burgess he plays all 3 formats.

Debating the abilities of Tom Moores isn't the hill to die on though!

Absorbing day. Frustrating how it ended from our perspective. Rhodes innings was an odd one, he was beaten so many times, but also played some blistering strokes. Hain never really looked in, he showed his experience and battling qualities to get a score though. Its encouraging. Lamb once again showed calmness and composure, that cover drive off Lyndon James was sublime, hopefully he can take control tomorrow.

Thoughts Notts were generally decent, there was a couple of drops but they fielded well and probably saved 20 runs.

The outfield was slow, it's probably holding a lot of moisture still. Also means that the ball maybe didn't age quite as much as it might normally.

Moores looks like he's one of the better glovemen on the circuit.

I'm quite sunburnt.

What's mugs ground is this game supposed to be being played at?
