Whilst Bresnan may not be the player he once was, his experience around the squad will be invaluable to what is a very inexperienced group.

It should also be remembered that without him we would not have beaten Nottingham earlier in the season which you could argue turned around our season in the red ball format.

I would say he has been a successful signing, however standards do need to be maintained so I hope the can make a few more important knocks for us.
